    • If you place your order by 12:00 PM, we will deliver it on the next available delivery day. If you place your order after this time, we will process it for the following delivery day.
  • Contactless Delivery:
    • We offer contactless delivery for your safety and convenience. Our driver will notify you when they are approaching and will leave the package at your designated location.
  • Special Instructions:
    • Please provide any special delivery instructions in the 'Notes' section at checkout. This may include gate codes, specific delivery locations, or other relevant details.

Order Status

Returns for Damaged Items

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within seven days of receiving the item at info@homekeepmarket.com to alert us of the damage. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition in the email.
    • Return the damaged item to us. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging.
    • Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.
  • Proof of Purchase:

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds:

    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
      • Books with obvious signs of use.
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
