Return Policy

All sales are final. Please review the product description and photos to learn about the item's condition before purchasing. When buying vintage and second-hand, items will show some signs of natural age, wear, and patina. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so don't hesitate to get in touch with us before purchasing if you have any questions. 

We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds and exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within seven days of receiving the item at support@homekeepmarket.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition in the email.  

  • Returned items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts not due to our error. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
