Shipping Policy


After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order is not received within seven days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@homekeepmarket.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes  

  • USPS does ship to P.O. boxes.
  • UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. Please review the product description and photos to learn about the item's condition before purchasing. When buying vintage and second-hand, items will show some signs of natural age, wear, and patina. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within seven days at support@homekeepmarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our full return policy here.
