Order Processing Time

After you receive your order confirmation email, we process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you another notification when we ship your order.

Media Mail for Book Items

We now offer media mail shipping for book items. If your order contains both books and non-book items, please note that only the books will be shipped via media mail, and they may be shipped separately. All other items will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

• Example: If you select media mail for an order that includes books and non-book items, the books will be sent separately via media mail, while the non-book items will be shipped with your chosen shipping method. However, all items may be shipped together if you choose a different shipping option.

Local Delivery Information

We are excited to offer local delivery for our customers! Please review the details below to understand our delivery process and policies.

• Delivery Days and Times:
  • Monday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Delivery Area:
  • Zone 1: Up to 8 miles from our location.
  • Zone 2: 8-10 miles from our location.
  • Please ensure your address is within our delivery area before placing an order.
• Delivery Fees:
  • Zone 1: $5.00 per delivery, free for orders over $50.
  • Zone 2: $6.00 per delivery, free for orders over $50.
• Order Processing:
  • If you place your order by 12:00 PM, we will deliver it on the next available delivery day. If you place your order after this time, we will process it for the following delivery day.
• Contactless Delivery:
  • We offer contactless delivery for your safety and convenience. Our driver will notify you when they are approaching and will leave the package at your designated location.
• Special Instructions:
  • Please provide any special delivery instructions in the 'Notes' section at checkout. This may include gate codes, specific delivery locations, or other relevant details.

Order Status

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns for Damaged Items

We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within seven days of receiving the item at info@homekeepmarket.com to alert us of the damage. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition in the email.
  • Return the damaged item to us. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging.
  • Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.

• Proof of Purchase:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Partial Refunds:

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Books with obvious signs of use.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
